A super-diverse workout that uses dumbbells, gliding discs, tubing, bands and a step. The variety challenges your muscles in multiple dimensions while maximizing overall interest. The step aerobics is low impact with lots of repeaters, lunges and air squats. The toning section includes high-bench exercises for the legs using dumbbells and tubing for additional resistance. Then it's time to break out the gliding discs for core strengthening, balance work and upper-body toning. The next section features “firewalkers” and one-arm rows with the band. All the strength routines intermix both compound and isolation exercises. Cathe's moves are easy to follow, but tough — they're designed to get results.
