Multi-Press Arms
The G9S comes equipped with a multi-function Press Arm Station that makes it simple to perform bench press, shoulder press, incline press, and mid row exercises. Shoulder, incline, and chest movements receive maximum resistance and muscle involvement thanks to exceptional engineering that enables this multi-grip press arm to generate deep and effective results. This press arm is also fully adjustable and has full range of motion.
Gone are the days of having to sit on the floor to perform rowing exercises. The G9S allows you to easily grab the mid row handles to begin a strenuous mid and lower back workout that promises increased strength and flexibility.
Leg Press
With an incredible 180kg leg/ calf press operating on its own weight stack with a 2:1 weight ratio, you'll be sure to get those ripped, toned legs and calves in no time. The calf and leg press on the G9S has double the weight resistance compared to the rest of the machine. It operates using a separate weight stack to give you 180 pounds of powerful resistance for leg and calf workouts. You'll experience bio-mechanical movement in a fluid, natural motion. It comes armed with a pivoting foot plate and fully adjustable back plate to fit any user.
Pec Dec
Get the muscle penetration you've been yearning for with the Perfect Pec™ Station. This station is fully adjustable and offers full range of motion. You'll get the results you want even faster. The G9S features a computer designed Pec Dec Station that offers a resistant dual-overhead camera to provide easy manoeuvring for each individual arm. This allows for the proper conditioning of the back, shoulder, and bilateral chest. The individual will also be able to utilise the pop-pin seat that is modifiable and it will elevate you vertically to better position your arms and your hands. This technique is great for performing and developing the back and shoulder muscles.
