The ASICS GEL-KINETIC FLUENT™ sneaker takes inspiration from the brand's archived running shoes, reimagining their heritage influences with modern technologies. This silhouette's upper construction borrows technical welding and eyelet elements from running shoes in the 2010s, blending in contemporary materials colors in a style that's indebted to Kiko Kostadinov's in-house creations. The shoe’s midsole is basically a chopped up GEL-Quantum, with FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO cushioning in the forefoot and scutoid GEL® technology in the heel.
